The construction of a new building consisted of a Café, WCs and exit lobby complete with partitions, finishes and fixtures.  The new building works required the disassembly and relocation of an existing agricultural storage container. 

A new entrance and WC area was also required complete with fixtures and fittings. External works comprised foul and surface water drainage works, enabling services, electrical installation and new parking areas.
