NU Construction were awarded this contract to refurbish floors 1-4, Chancery House, Manchester.

Works to the Grade A office accommodation included:

  • Stripping out of existing furniture, ceilings, partitions and light fittings
  • Stripping out rolling filing system
  • New M&E Services to accommodate open plan office environment
  • New flooring
  • Toilet refurbishment
  • Decoration, ceiling works and cleaning
