Major internal strip out to create re-vamped retail shell works for the incoming tenant. 

External walls were temporarily propped to facilitate the removal of the existing concrete floors, installation of the internal structural steel frame and casting of the new concrete together with infill of void areas and fire proofing works, ready for fit-out.
