151 Products Hands Over

Delivered as a straightforward but technically detailed scheme, the works included a DM1-standard floor slab, achieving the high levels of flatness required for specialist forklift operations. This was a key element of the build and essential to the day-to-day function of the facility. 

The project began with enabling works in May 25, followed by the main warehouse construction phase later that month.
 
A big thank you to the team involved in delivering the project, including Tony Pollard as Contracts Manager, Bob Garfield as Site Manager, and Philippa Mckenzie overseeing the commercial elements as Quantity Surveyor.
