Works included erection of netting and handrails including demarcation, removal of roof sheets and glazing, fit new gutter and roof sheets, demolition of internal offices to main warehouse, decoration of main office block, remedial works to fire boarding and shot blast, prime and paint floor.

The building now houses a manufacturing and storage tenant within the 5,000 square meter footprint.
