The works comprised the design and build, inclusive of a steel frame, clad building with storage mezzanine for use as a nationwide builder’s merchant.
External works consisted of concrete yards, car parking, S278 highways works with associated external storage, access, column lighting and fencing.
There were several challenges on the scheme including dealing with contaminated waste and operating on a tight site with live units adjacent.
