As the site remained live throughout the contract, works were divided into 3 phases to allow minimal disruption to our client’s existing operations.

Works included demolition of existing block, stripping out existing reception area and providing temporary facilities whilst the new reception was constructed, structural repairs, new door openings, replacement of fire doors, installation of automated doors, new welfare facilities and re-branding of existing building.
