To allow minimal disruption to our client’s existing operations the works were segregated into two distinct areas working concurrently.

Scope of Works

• Demolitions and alterations within vacant unit
• Construction of new mezzanine
• Fit out of TC07 unit to provide new storage units
• New external escape staircase and external elevation alterations
• Alterations to existing first floor storage units to create smaller units
• Demolitions and alterations to 2 retail units
• Installation of new storage units within space created
• Reception and staff area alterations and reconfiguration.
