Our scope of works includes the renovation of:

• 200 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms
• 39 communal living, kitchen, and dining areas
• Common and corridor areas
• Internal and external sundry repairs
• Minor external works

Work began just before Christmas, and we are on track for project handover in August 2025—just in time for the new academic year!
