Amisfield House, Hipperholme

The project comprises internal remodelling to the existing offices to provide an 8-bedroom home for young adults including a school facility in the basement and communal spaces.  The existing car port and annex are to be converted into separate accommodation in additional to the 8 bedrooms.

The works will also include upgrading the existing shell to meet building regulations, re-roofing, and repairs to the fabric of the building.

This project will be registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
