We are thrilled to announce that, following a successful competitive tender process, we have been awarded the refurbishment contract at Firth Point, Huddersfield—an existing 5-block student accommodation building.
Our scope of works includes the renovation of:
🔹 200 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms
🔹 39 communal living, kitchen, and dining areas
🔹 Common and corridor areas
🔹 Internal and external sundry repairs
🔹 Minor external works
Work began just before Christmas, and we are on track for project handover in August 2025—just in time for the new academic year!
