NU Construction are pleased to announce the handover of our project at Amisfield House, Hipperholme for The Young Foundation Trust.
The project comprised internal remodelling to the existing offices to provide an 8 bedroom home for young adults including a school facility in the basement and communal spaces.
The existing car port and annex were converted into separate accommodation in addition to the 8 bedrooms.
The works also included upgrading the existing shell to meet building regulations, re-roofing and repairs to the fabric of the building.
External works included enabling works to facilitate construction access, repairs to the existing retaining walls, drainage alterations, fencing and landscaping.
A new water main was also installed.
