Nu Construction was awarded this Design and Build project to remodel Block C and provide an improved facility for the SEN Department at Honley School.
The work included the reconfiguration of several classrooms creating a learning space for Key Stage 3 and 4, a common room, staff monitoring area, new kitchen, and new toilets. A number of additional one to one rooms and two sensory rooms where also constructed. A new entrance was created comprising of an aluminium door screen with a ramped access and handrails.

Nu are led by an experienced and competent senior team who involve eliminating problems on a non-confrontational and non-contractual basis. Their attitude to recognising the importance of good management with regards to Health & safety is very evident.
