The works comprise of the refurbishment, extensions and repurposing of the existing shop building complete with new partition walls and finishes. The construction of a new building comprises of a Café, WCs and exit lobby complete with partitions, finishes and fixtures. The new building works required the disassembly and relocation of an existing agricultural storage container.
