Nu Construction have been awarded the refurbishment of CML’s existing warehouse at Sheffield.
The unit is located adjacent to the M1 motorway, in a predominantly industrial area on the outskirts of Sheffield.
The building comprises general warehouse area with attached office, which is to be adapted as part of the works to provide a new mezzanine at first floor along with raising the existing attached roof.
As part of the works, the existing office areas will need to be modified and extended internally to create additional office space along with board rooms, training rooms and welfare facilities with the existing stair infilled, new openings formed within existing walls and an additional second stairway created.
External refurbishment includes re-roofing the warehouse along with over cladding the office façade.
